GLUten free Chocolate Cake with Buttercream

Just a few things before we get serious...

  • Please keep me in a cool and dark area until about an hour to half an hour before cutting.
    • If it's a hot/humid day out, keep me in a cool dark area as long as possible or I will melt.
  • Don't forget to take all decorations off - even the edible looking ones!

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a gluten free chocolate cake with peppermint buttercream and crushed gluten free peppermint patties. I also have some gold painted peanut M&Ms on my outter layer. 

INGREDIENTS: Well & Good GF cake mix (Sugar, alkalised cocoa powder, potato starch, tapioca starch, thickeners (non GMO modified tapioca starch, xanthan gum), vegetable emulsifier, iodised salt, raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), natural chocolate flavour)), icing sugar, butter, oil, water, peppermint oil, gel colours.
